Return & Refund Policy

At Mend & Glow, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mendandglow.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If an order is approved for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
